These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plundio platform, including our website and mobile applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Plundio.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation you receive, set out the legal relationship between you and Plundio when you discover, compare, or book trips through our platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform — the Plundio website, mobile apps, and related services we provide to help you discover and book travel experiences.
- Trip — a travel package or experience offered by a trip provider and listed on our Platform.
- Trip provider — the third party responsible for delivering the travel experience you book.
- Booking — a reservation for a Trip made through our Platform.
- Account— the user profile you create to access Plundio's features.
2. About Plundio
Plundio provides an online platform that helps travelers discover trips, build a travel profile, save favorites, and make bookings. We connect you with trip providers but are not the provider of the travel experience itself unless we state otherwise at the time of booking.
Information about trips on our Platform is supplied by trip providers. While we take reasonable care to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all details are complete or error-free. We will work to correct material errors once we become aware of them.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please ensure your contact and profile information is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate information may affect your ability to complete bookings or receive important updates about your trips.
4. Using the Platform
When using Plundio, you agree to:
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes and as intended;
- provide accurate information when searching, booking, or reviewing;
- not make fake bookings, abuse support channels, or disrupt the service;
- treat trip providers, other travelers, and our team with respect.
We may personalize your experience based on your travel profile, preferences, and interactions with the Platform. This helps us surface trips and content that are more relevant to you.
5. Bookings
When you complete a booking, you enter into a contract with the relevant trip provider for the travel experience. Plundio facilitates the booking process but, unless explicitly stated, is not a party to that contract.
Trip availability, inclusions, dates, group sizes, and other conditions are set by the trip provider and shown during the booking process. Please review all details carefully before confirming your reservation.
6. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Platform are set by trip providers unless we indicate otherwise. The total price, currency, and any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before you confirm a booking.
Payment terms depend on the trip and provider. Some bookings may require full payment upfront; others may allow partial payment or payment closer to the travel date. The applicable payment policy will be presented during checkout.
Obvious pricing errors are not binding. If a trip is listed at a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or typographical mistake, we or the trip provider may cancel the booking and refund any amount paid.
7. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules vary by trip and are determined by the trip provider's policies, which will be shown during booking. Please read these policies carefully before confirming your reservation.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us at support@plundio.app or use the options available in your account. We will help coordinate with the trip provider where possible.
8. Reviews and user content
You may be invited to submit reviews or other content about trips you have taken. By submitting content, you grant Plundio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
9. Intellectual property
The Plundio name, logo, design, software, and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Plundio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Plundio, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we process your information.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Plundio provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Trip providers are solely responsible for the travel experiences they offer. Plundio is not liable for acts, omissions, or conduct of trip providers or other third parties, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Plundio's total liability arising from or related to your use of the Platform will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Plundio for the booking in question or (b) one hundred US dollars.
12. If something goes wrong
If you experience a problem with a booking or your use of the Platform, please contact us at support@plundio.app. We will review your request and work with the relevant trip provider where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law does not allow such limitations.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Plundio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
